Batman Returns: Clothed Action Figure The Penguin 20 Cm

Neca creates a surprise by offering figurines based on Tim Burton's Batman films in approximately 1/10 format in the Clothed Figure range. Here's an excellent Penguin dressed entirely in textile garments (except for the scarf, which remains in plastic), the contents of the box allowing him to be displayed in his sewer look or in part 2 of the film when he runs for Gotham mayor. In addition to the character, the packaging includes a faux fur coat, top hat, cigarette, monocle, a half-eaten fish and 3 pairs of hands.
